Sirius continues to be outstanding low within the western sky. Scorpius is quickly seen in within the east. with the waxing Moon close to the brilliant star Antares.

Between the brilliant star
Canopus and the Southern Cross are one other wealth of binocular objects to
uncover. With the Moon waning will probably be simpler to see them.
