U.S. spacewalk 90 was cancelled Monday on the Worldwide Area Station as a consequence of a water leak within the service and cooling umbilical unit on NASA astronaut Tracy C. Dyson’s spacesuit. Dyson and Mike Barratt set their fits to battery energy at 8:46 a.m. EDT and opened the hatch to the area station’s Quest airlock earlier than reporting the water problem. The crew is working with floor controllers to repressurize the crew lock part of the airlock earlier than returning contained in the station’s tools lock.
