Dr. Jon T. Kosloski
Dr. Jon T. Kosloski serves because the Director of the All-domain Anomaly
Decision Workplace (AARO). Previous to that, Dr. Kosloski held technical and
management positions throughout the Analysis Directorate of the Nationwide Safety
Company (NSA). In that capability, he led superior mission-oriented analysis in
the fields of networking and computing, and served as a subject knowledgeable
within the space of Free Area Optics, advising numerous DoD businesses. As well as
to his optics analysis and crypto-mathematics, Dr. Kosloski invented an

Dr. Kosloski acquired Bachelor’s levels in Arithmetic and Physics from
California State College, San Bernardino, and a Ph.D. in Electrical
Engineering from Johns Hopkins College. The main target of his Doctoral analysis
was the invention of novel gadgets that leverage rules from quantum
optics to obtain very weak phase-encoded indicators. After finishing the
theoretical evaluation of two new optical receiver designs, Dr. Kosloski labored
