The First Quarter Moon is Monday December 8. There is a chance to see the Lunar X in daytime.  Within the night Venus leaves Sagittarius behind and is coming nearer to Saturn. Saturn is near the primary quarter Moon and there’s a daytime occultation of Saturn as seen from Darwin. Jupiter is now seen within the night sky together with Saturn and Venus. Within the morning Mars and Jupiter proceed to attract aside. Mars stays inside a binocular distance of the Beehive cluster.
