On the early night of Friday, 15 March  there’s a partial lunar eclipse low within the twilight within the Jap sates. The Moon rises because the eclipse is ending with solely a small portion of the moon is within the deepest a part of Earth’s shadow (elsewhere on the earth sees a Whole Lunar Eclipse).
