ESA’s HydroGNSS Scout satellites prepared for launch

The equivalent microsatellites will launch aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Area Pressure Base, sharing their Transporter-15 trip into orbit with a number of different small satellites.
