BEIJING — China launched the Shenzhou 22 spacecraft on Tuesday to assist convey again a group of astronauts after a broken spacecraft left them quickly stranded on China’s house station.

The Shenzhou 22, which efficiently docked on the Tiangong house station Tuesday, can be used someday in 2026 by the three astronauts who arrived on Nov. 1.

Earlier this month, one other group of Chinese language astronauts from the Shenzhou 20 mission confronted a nine-day delay of their return to Earth after their craft’s window was broken.
