The Final Quarter Moon is Friday April 10.

at 5:44 ACST (60 minutes earlier than dawn, click on to embiggen). 

The Crescent Moon, Mercury, Mars and Saturn for a triangle roughly one hand-span throughout  low to the horizon. On the fifteenth all of them type a line within the twilight.

 

 

 

 

Comparable views can be seen from the remainder of Australia at roughly the equal native time  (60 minutes earlier than dawn).   

Western sky on the night of Saturday, April 11 as seen from Adelaide
at 18:23 ACST ( half-hour after sundown, click on to embiggen). 

Venus is seen simply above the western horizon, you will have a degree, unobscured horizon to see it.

Northern sky on Saturday, April 11  as seen from Adelaide
at 19:21 ACDST (90
minutes after sundown, click on to embiggen).  Jupiter was at opposition, when it’s greatest and brightest as seen from Earth, on January the tenth, however can be vivid for a lot of months. Jupiter kinds a broad triangle with the brilliant stars Betelgeuse and Procyon, and a narrower triangle with the celebrities Castor and Pollux.

Vibrant Canopus and Sirius are close to the Zenith. Orion is now within the north-western sky. 

 

The
Southern Cross is rising within the Southern sky.  The moon is waning and
the fainter clusters and nebula have gotten simpler to see.    

 

 

 

   

Elsewhere
in Australia will see an analogous view on the equal time (90 minutes after sundown).

  

Mercury climbs greater within the morning twilight. On the sixteenth The Crescent Moon, Mercury, Mars and Saturn type a triangle roughly
one hand-span throughout  low to the horizon. On the fifteenth all of them type a
line within the twilight.

Venus climbs greater within the night twilight. 

Mars is low within the twilight under Mercury. 

Jupiter is seen all through the night, setting after midnight. Jupiter was at opposition, when it’s greatest and brightest as seen from Earth, on January the tenth.  Jupiter kinds a broad triangle with the brilliant stars Betelgeuse and
Procyon, and a narrower triangle with the celebrities Castor and Pollux. 

Saturn is low within the twilight under Mercury and Mars.
