On this phase, Michael Schratt examines the well-known sighting of a labeled plane that Chris Gibson had from the deck of the Galveston Key offshore oil drilling platform throughout August of 1989.
This historic sighting kicked off the 35-year quest to establish what’s believed to be a manned supersonic extremely labeled aerospace asset developed throughout the top of the Reagan administration’s navy build-up.
