NASA launches Spanish-language podcast ‘Universo Curioso’

Hispanic Heritage Month is upon us and including to the celebratory salute to Hispanic tradition and contributions, NASA is delivering new content material for “Universo curioso de la NASA,” the storied house company’s pioneering Spanish-language podcast.

As a partnership challenge between NASA’s Spanish-language communications and audio packages, the sequence’ five-episode season begins Tuesday, Sept. 19, with contemporary installments dropped weekly. 

Hosted by Noelia González, a communications specialist at NASA’s Goddard Area Flight Middle in Maryland, the brand new batch of episodes are centered round a number of NASA’s main missions, together with NASA astronaut Frank Rubio’s return to Earth after breaking the file for longest single spaceflight by an American astronaut, the return of the company’s first asteroid samples, and two photo voltaic eclipses on the horizon.

“Universo curioso” initially aired in 2021 for the company’s Spanish-language protection of the James Webb Area Telescope liftoff, with an extra pair of Spanish episodes launched final 12 months linked to NASA milestones.

This upcoming season, along with earlier episodes, might be discovered on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, SoundCloud, and the company’s official “Universo curioso de la NASA” website.
