The New Moon is Saturday August 23.  Mars is passing by Virgo heading in direction of the star Spica. It’s near the star Porrima on the twenty third and types a triangle with the crescent moon and Porrima on the twenty sixth. Saturn is rising earlier than midnight and is the brightest object above the jap horizon. Saturn is near Neptune. Venus and Jupiter are seen within the morning twilight and are drawing aside. The crescent Moon is near Venus on the twenty first.

The New Moon is Saturday August 23.

Venus and Jupiter are are shut however drawing aside. Jupiter types a
triangle with Procyon and Betelgeuse. The crescent Moon is near Venus.

The insets are the telescopic views of Venus and Jupiter presently.  

 

 

Comparable views shall be seen from the remainder of Australia at roughly the equal native time (60 minutes earlier than dawn).

Saturn is rising greater above the jap horizon. The insets exhibits the telescopic view presently and the binocular view of Saturn and Neptune.

sky on Tuesday, August 26 as seen from Adelaide at 19:17 ACST (90
minutes after sundown, click on to embiggen). Mars types a triangle  with the star Porrima and the crescent Moon. Mars is heading in direction of the brilliant star Spica. 

  

 

 

Comparable views shall be seen from the remainder of Australia at roughly the equal native time (90 minutes after sundown).

 

Complete sky on Saturday, August 23 as seen from Adelaide at 19:15 ACST, 90 minutes after sundown (click on
to embiggen). Mars is within the north-west, near the brilliant star Porrima. 

 

Shiny Canopus is brushing the horizon and Scorpius and the galactic core is on the Zenith.

 

The
Southern Cross is sinking within the Southern sky.  The moon is new and
the fainter clusters and nebula are simpler to see.       

 Elsewhere
in Australia will see an analogous view on the equal time (90 minutes after sundown).

 

 

Mercury  is low within the morning twilight.  

Venus is decreasing within the morning twilight shifting away from Jupiter. The crescent Moon is near Venus on the twenty first.

Mars is decreasing within the night sky and passing by Virgo in direction of Spica. It’s near the star Porrima on the twenty third and types a triangle with the crescent moon and Porrima on the twenty sixth.

Jupiter climbs within the morning twilight above Venus. 

Saturn is  rising earlier than midnight. It’s close to Neptune
