At 1:20 p.m. EDT, NASA astronaut Chris Williams, with help from NASA astronaut Jack Hathaway, captured Northrop Grumman’s Cygnus XL spacecraft utilizing the Worldwide Area Station’s Canadarm2 robotic arm.
NASA’s Mission Management Middle on the company’s Johnson Area Middle in Houston will use Canadarm2 to place the spacecraft for set up, then information Cygnus XL to the Unity module’s Earth-facing port. NASA won’t present dwell protection of the spacecraft’s set up.
