I’m fascinated by Soviet USO circumstances. In Might 1982, close to Kamchatka, Soviet naval officer A. Sokolov and two crewmen reportedly noticed an enormous cigar-shaped object rise silently from the Pacific, climb into the sky, present 4 back lights, and vanish. On this video, I study this little-known Chilly Struggle USO case, its Soviet naval context, and its place within the bigger thriller of unidentified objects working in and across the oceans.
