Are we alone within the universe?
It is a query that is been posed time and again. Carl Sagan posed it within the Seventies as a NASA mission scientist because the company ready to ship its twin Viking landers to Mars.
And almost 50 years after the primary of two landers touched down on Mars, we’re no nearer to a solution as as to if there’s life — on the market.
Scientists have not stopped trying. In truth, they’ve expanded their gaze to locations like Saturn’s largest moon, Titan and Jupiter’s moon Europa.
The seek for life past planet earth continues to captivate. And NASA has upcoming missions to each moons. Might we be nearer to answering that query Carl Sagan requested some 50 years in the past?
