On 12 March 2025, ESA’s Hera spacecraft soared simply 5000 km above Mars and handed inside 300 km of its distant moon, Deimos. Captured by Hera’s 1020×1020 pixel Asteroid Framing Digital camera, this video sequence affords a uncommon view of the crimson planet and its enigmatic moon. The unique greyscale pictures have been colour-enhanced based mostly on identified floor options.
